Shipping Policy
Our estimated shipping date for preordered products is March 2025 for The Onyx Carry on and April 2025 for The Capsoul Pack.
If you ordered the bundle , your products will ship separately.
Return Policy
Preorders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
However, once the product ships, you may return it for a refund or store credit in line with our return policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with everything in it's original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
