All orders of in stock products are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We may experience potential delays in the processing of your order during high volume times such as re stocks, new product launches, the holiday season or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $9 flat rate shipping anywhere in the United States and $15 for international orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Capsoul Collective is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If the products you ordered are in stock and you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@capsoulco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with everything in it's original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received we'll ship you out your new item right away. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
